At KoBa Industries our engineering approach achieves three important goals: clarity, simplicity and economy.

We believe it is important to understand a client project beyond the “nuts and bolts” but also understand the concept and the market or research environment in which it will be implemented. We spend a lot of time with our customers to determine exactly what the project goals and performance criteria are, and furthermore we discuss possible future modifications, improvements and additions that our clients may or may not have anticipated. Our designs are "forward looking," not only meeting our customer's current needs but also anticipating and meeting our customer's future needs.

We balance simplicity of form with function in the execution of our designs and provide ideal manufacturing solutions: minimizing the number of parts while maximizing the features per part. By this methodology, we design parts that are cheap to manufacture and assemblies that are easy and quick to put together and maintain.

At KoBa Industries we engineer the manufacturing process as well as products. Our designs take into consideration the method of manufacture based on the anticipated sales volume. Each manufacturing method, whether machining, sand-casting, die-casting, or forging has its own design constraints, performance advantages and capital investments. We work within our customer's development budget to maximize long-term profit by minimizing manufacturing costs and capital investments in tooling or fixturing wherever possible.
